Invoicing Monthly

• Our system invoice monthly or quarterly. If you would like to invoice to come in semi-annual, please reach out to our company sales team to adjust our invoicing.
• If you would like to pay annually all one shot, that's also an option.

Late Payment Fee will Apply

A payment is considered late 30 days end or month (EOM). To avoid late fees or service interruption, please make sure your payment is made within the 30 days.

Your website status is typically showing on the top right corner of your application. The icon is green when there are no issues, and red when there are issues.

If your application is hosted on premise, you would need to reach out to your IS/IT team for assistance. If you require our assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by opening a service ticket.

Creating a new buidling

The best and the easiest way to create a building is to follow the following steps.

• Go to Site
  A list of buildings will show.
• On the top right click on create
  The create new building form will open.
• Complete the requested information and click create.
  Once create is clicked, you will be taken back to list of buildings.
• This will complete your process.

Creating a new floor

Similarly to creating a floor, the best way to create a floor is to follow the following steps.

• Go to Site
  A list of buildings will show.
• Select the building you want to add the floor and click 'Enter Building'
  Enter your building.
• A list of floors will show that are part of the selected building. Click Create to create a new floor.
  When you click create a new form will open
• Complete the requested information and click create.
  Once create is clicked, you will be taken back to list of floors for the selected building.
• This will complete your process.

Creating a new room

The best way to create a new room is to follow the following steps.

• Go to Site
  A list of buildings will show.
• Enter Building
  A list of floors will show.
• Enter Floor
  A list of rooms will show.
• On the top right click on create
  The create new room form will open.
• Complete the requested information and click create.
  Once create is clicked, you will be taken back to list of rooms for the selected floor.
• This will complete your process.
